Kete Whakairo made from Harekeke in a close plaited pattern. A medium sized flat-sided handbag with a strong flexible weave for everyday use. It has a beautiful intricate pattern and fine woven muka handles. Made for the NZ Olympic Team to Athens. A superb example of fine weaving in Paua colours.
